Small Groups
We have been blessed to have various Small Home Groups for women to study the Word together. Some years we have had more groups than other years. Last year we had seven Small Home Groups. This year four of our groups will no longer be meeting in homes. God has led us to expand the Thursday Evening Study at church and many of the Leaders and Assistants, as well as many of the ladies who attended these groups, will be joining the Thursday Evening Study that meets at church.
We are excited at what God has in store for us as He changes things and points us in another direction. The three remaining Small Home Groups are all FULL. Due to the size of the homes, we are limited in the number of ladies we can register for the three Small Home Groups. However, there is no limit to the number of ladies that we can accommodate at church, so we invite you to join us at church on the third Thursday Evening of each month. Please see pages 5-7 for more information about our Thursday Evening Bible Study at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia.
Important Information about the Small Home Groups
- There is no childcare for any of the Small Home Groups.
- The Small Home Groups are for women, high school age and older.
- Registration is required to attend one of the Small Home Groups.
Since there is limited space in the host homes of these groups, we ask that there would be no “walk-ins” (people not registered for the group). If you want to attend a group or invite someone to come with you to the Bible Study, we ask that you would attend the Thursday Evening Bible Study where space is never an issue.
