Widow / Widower Ministry
The Bible repeatedly declares the sacred importance of caring for the widows.
Psalm 68:4 -5 tells us God Is the Defender of widows
“Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Extol Him Who rides on the clouds, by His name YAH, and rejoice before Him. 5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.”
Psalm 146:9 says God cares for the widows and orphans
“The LORD watches over the strangers; He relieves the fatherless and widow; But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.”

All our brothers and sisters have new and relevant gifts to offer the body of Christ, not despite, but rather because of their loss. They are not allowing life to conquer them. With Christ Jesus, they live their lives for Him while eagerly waiting for their reunions with loved ones.
These wonderful brothers and sisters, who have lost a loved one, are like the people the apostle Paul points out in 2 Corinthians 4:7-12 “7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. 8 We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed— 10 always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body. 11 For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death is working in us, but life in you.”
As the church family we recognize that we cannot personally fill the loss of a spouse who has gone to be with our Lord Jesus, but we can be the hands and feet of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to care for our sisters and brothers. We feel strongly that our family, brothers and sisters who have gone on to be with The Lord Jesus, are pleased that we love and care for their loved one’s needs here on earth.
To that end we presently conduct two sources of Ministry.
